Brake pad components are important in two-wheeled vehicles because they concern the driver's and others' safety. lining wear is an unavoidable phenomenon. This of concept braking, which involves bringing two things into contact with each other such that press against rub other. pads have not been replaced make brakes unable to work normally, so potential for accidents even greater. One factors causing problem negligence ignorance condition ream linings, should be time change. paper proposes a tool can estimate brake based on level real-time using fuzzy logic method. Fuzzy will degree speed, fluid pressure, braking duration parameters. The type used this disk vehicles. test carried out or applied but equipment works like vehicle. Based results, implanted Arduino microcontroller provide information estimated LCDs real set datasets obtained through experimental tests. was 30 minutes pressure 10 17 psi. results showed thickness linings decreased by around 21.66% 26.68%, respectively.
